In addition to opening the headlights and replacing the original DRL boards, the included Bluetooth controller must be mounted and electrically connected separately.

Important Installation Requirements
The original DRL boards are located inside the sealed headlight assemblies. Installation therefore requires the headlights to be removed and opened before the replacement boards can be installed.
Headlight Lens Removal
The headlight lens must be carefully separated from the housing to access and replace the internal original DRL boards.
Professional Installation
Professional installation is strongly recommended because the headlights must be opened, correctly reassembled and properly resealed after the replacement boards have been installed.
After installation, the headlight lens and housing must be carefully reassembled and resealed to help protect the internal components from moisture and contamination.
